Returns

Returns are possible. For a full refund, it is important that the goods are returned in their original condition and, if reasonably possible, in their original packaging. Orders can only be returned within 14 days. If this period is exceeded, your request can no longer be processed and the package will be returned to the address you provided at your own expense. Personalized (printed) products, including custom names or player names, cannot be returned. The return shipment is at your own expense and must be sufficiently prepaid. You are free to choose any shipping method to return the product.

Always include the packing slip with the reason for return indicated. If you no longer have the original packing slip, please include a note in the return shipment with your details and the order number, so we know which order it concerns and the reason for the return.

If an order contains multiple products, it is also possible to return only part of the order. The above conditions also apply in this case.

We will process the refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. You will receive the full amount of the returned item, excluding the shipping costs.

Please note: the refund only covers the value of the returned items. The shipping costs paid for sending the order, as well as any return shipping costs, will not be refunded. These costs are not part of the reimbursement.

You will receive an email confirmation once we have received the return in good order and have instructed our bank to issue the refund.

Exchanges through customer service are unfortunately not possible. If you would like a different size or a new product, please place a new order on the website so you receive your item faster.
