  1. How can I place an order at Globalsoccershop?

Orders always go through our website. Select the desired product and add it to the shopping cart. You then need to fill in a number of details, including your address details. You can choose to log in as a customer or as a ''guest''. When you register as a customer, you can create an account, so that it is easy to log in with a possible next order. The next step in the ordering process is choosing the shipping method. All orders are shipped with a track and trace code. The standard shipping costs at Globalsoccershop are € 4.10 and above € 80 they are free. The next step is to choose a payment method. After choosing the payment method, you only need to accept the terms and conditions of Globalsoccershop and you will then be forwarded to our payment page. After placing your order you will also receive a confirmation email.

At Globalsoccershop you can use iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. When a payment is received, an order will be processed.

  1. What is the delivery time at Globalsoccershop?

The delivery time at Globalsoccershop can vary from 1 working day to a maximum of 5 working days. Printed shirts may require a longer delivery time (2-3 additional business days). The delivery time starts immediately after receipt of your payment. If you have a question about the delivery time of a specific product, you can always contact our customer service. Do you need an urgent order? Then you can always contact our customer service about this.

When we have shipped your order from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation with a track & trace code. With this code you can track where your order is.

  1. How can I redeem a discount code?

If you have a discount code or a gift voucher from Globalsoccershop, you can enter it on the page of your shopping cart. At the bottom of this page, a separate box is indicated for this. When you enter your code here and then press the 'SAVE' button, the discount code will be redeemed. You must spend the voucher/discount code in its entirety. If this is not the case, the remaining amount will be forfeited! Different discount codes, which have been obtained through a promotion, cannot be exchanged together. Promotions or discounts apply from the date the promotion starts until the specified end date. Customers who have completed/paid for their order before the promotion cannot claim any discounts or free items from the promotion. Read the terms and conditions of the promotion for the start and end date of the promotion in question.

  1. Can I have a football shirt printed at Globalsoccershop?
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to have football shirts printed with a personalized print. We do have the option to process a standard print on the shirt with a number of football shirts.
  1. How can I determine my size?

The products of Globalsoccershop come from multiple suppliers, spread over various countries in the world. Unfortunately, the fits can therefore differ per supplier.

We try to keep to the official size table for each brand, which the brands communicate. At Globalsoccershop we display the dimensions in centimeters as much as possible. All size charts have been added to the product pages. We always recommend that you take a well-fitting product from your current wardrobe (for example, a football shirt that you already own) as an example and measure its dimensions.
