Warranty & complaints
Despite our careful logistical treatment, it can unfortunately happen that an item is damaged during transport or that there is a production error. If this is the case with you, we naturally offer the option to exchange the product for free. In that case, please first contact our customer service via the email address. We will then provide you with a shipping label by email, with which you can return the package to our location free of charge. Also add the packing slip and clearly state that it concerns damage. After receiving the order, the product will be processed and you will receive a new product. If you prefer to get the money back from the payment, that is no problem at all.
The legal guarantee is never linked to a specific period. After all, one product lasts longer than the other. The legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what you as a consumer can reasonably expect from it. However, it can happen that an article contains a manufacturing defect. What is a manufacturing defect? This is a defect in the product that has not arisen due to improper use, normal wear and tear or no/poor maintenance.
- If there is normal wear and tear due to intensive use.
- If changes have been made in or to the product, including repairs that have not been carried out with the permission of Voetbalshop.nl or the manufacturer.
- If proof of purchase cannot be provided, has been altered or made illegible.
- If defects are the result of non-destination or improper use.
- If damage is caused by intent, gross negligence or negligent maintenance.
If the warranty application is rejected, you will be notified. The product will then be returned to your address.
